Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

  • The unboxing video must:

    • Clearly show the unsealed package being opened.

    • Show the entire product clearly, immediately upon opening.

    • Be unedited and taken from the moment the package is opened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and not unboxed or tampered with.

⚠️ Products from Hot Wheels, Majorette, and similar brands must not be unboxed or torn. Items with damaged packaging or opened seals will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Product does not match the description or variant selected (e.g., wrong model or color).

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • No unboxing video was provided.

  • Video is edited, unclear, or starts after the product is unboxed.

  • Product packaging has been torn, damaged, or discarded.

  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear unboxing video (as described above)

    • Reason for return or exchange

Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement (if available), or

  • Process a return and issue store credit or refund, as applicable.

We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Shipping & Transit

  • Orders are dispatched using Delhivery, a trusted third-party logistics partner.

  • We take utmost care in packaging; however, we do not cover any losses, damages, or delays during transit.

  • For any issues during shipping (e.g., delayed delivery, package mishandling), we recommend contacting Delhivery directly with your tracking number.
