1. Are your products authentic?

Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and officially licensed from trusted brands like Hot
Wheels, Mini GT, Matchbox, and more. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently do not offer COD. Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit
Cards through our secure PhonePe Payment Gateway.

3. How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders all over India!

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days across India. You’ll receive a tracking link
as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the collector’s nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product. However, please note that we do not accept returns or damage claims for Hot Wheels and Majorette items. For any eligible claims, unboxing must be recorded on video as proof.

6. Are the products new or used?

All products sold on Toys Counter are brand new, sealed, and in mint condition, unless clearly stated otherwise.
